We truly love pets and offer quality care to our clients animals and know first hand the stress of leaving them home while you are out of town. With our service we strive to take that " stress" away so you can enjoy your time away with out any animal worries.

Your Privacy will always be highly respected. While in your home, we will always remain in the areas that are required to care for your pets and home, as specified by you. Areas within your home that do not contain pet supplies or cleaning supplies are none of our concern and will always be treated accordingly.

We do not answer your phone. If you need to contact us at any time please call our phone number.

When your key is in our possession, it will never be labeled with your name or address. Keys and keypad codes will always be kept in a secure, location while in our possession.

On daily visits, your home will always be as you left it, unless we are directed otherwise. We will always make an attempt to contact you if we feel something is not as it should be, if your unavailable we will then use our own judgment.

We do not engage in physical corrections for negative behavior. "We never hit an animal".

We will always clean up after your pets as best as we can. We would never leave a mess that occurred while in our care. Please keep in mind the time between our final visit and your return there can be "new" presents to deal with.
